[Letter from T. N. Carswell to Mrs. [Bernard] Hanks - June 22, 1963]

A letter written to Mrs. Hanks from T. N. Carswell dated June 22, 1963. Carswell comments on having seen the Memorial given for her Dad and Mother while touring the Minnie L. Anderson addition and of how his vivid recollections of her father, persist, "Hence this note of genuine appreciation to you - and Bernard." Carswell also reminicses of his aquaintance with Dr. Hollis [L. W. Hollis] and her mother and of the hospital built by Dr. Hollis. He compliments her decision in selecting Hendrick Memorial Hospital in which to place a marker dedicating the service of Dr. Hollis as a physician to the community in the early years of Abilene.
