A letter written to Mr. T. N. Carswell, Hamilton, Texas from J. D. Sandefer, Jr., Breckenridge, Texas dated April 9, 1945. Sandefer advises that he sent a copy of Carswell's letter to Dr. Richardson. Sandefer advises that he will not be carrying on as Chairman of the Board stating, "Frankly, I have butted my head against concrete long enough and have grown tired doing so."
