Copy of Comptroller's Tax Deed From William J. Swain, comptroller of public accounts of the State of Texas to J. H. Collet, agent for H. C. Hendrick. Collet on behalf of H. C. Hendrick. There's a statement signed by Hiram Park stating that this document is a correct copy of the deed in the Deed Records of Hemphill County, Texas.
