Dhanada is an Ayurvedic Physician, Master Yoga Therapist, founder of SohamAyurYoga, Vedic Astrologer, and Vastu Consultant. Dhanada discusses her background and training, then breaks down the basic concepts of Ayurveda. Later in the conversation, she explains Vedic Astrology and the differences between Ayurvedic medicine and Western medicine. Dhanada also talks with Susan about her positive experiences teaching OLLI at UNT members.
