The exhibit is a little shelf that has several small woven baskets and pictures of weavers and other examples. A note on the shelf reads "Basketry; Each of the Tribes that belong to the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde have their own style of basketry. When the Tribes were relocated to the Grande Ronde Reservation, new styles were made and many were sold to the non-native people at community markets in local towns.; Common materials used in basketry include hazel, juncus, cattail, tule, and cedar bark and root." next to it another note reads "Baskets of Western --------". Funeral program for Rev. Benjamin Furr, born January 10, 1938 and died July 25, 2014. The funeral was held August 1, 2015 at Calvary Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Kevin L. Nelson. Funeral arrangements were made through the Carter-Taylor-Williams Mortuary and he was buried in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas.

From practical to nostalgic, these plantings unite many different traditions. Any one pioneer garden would not have had such variety. Settlers in those early years were too busy. It was a rare woman who didn't bring at least one favorite flower from home. A stranger in a strange land, the pioneer woman determined -- --serve beauty and ho-------------- territorial traditions ------------------. Like gardeners of today, emigrant tastes varied.
