The stone was funded by sponsor donations to benefit the park and be a permanent and meaningful way to honor loved ones and show support for the Police and Fire Departments. The inscripted stone shows an Arlington police badge, a running horse (possibly AHS Colt), the honorees name (P.J. Brock) and police badge number. Heroes' Park is a tribute to the City of Arlington's Police and Fire Departments, and will also commemorate those fallen in the line of duty.
