Established as a committee composed of arts and cultural leaders in San Antonio, the TCC's job was to develop and cultivate San Antonio's creative industry. Letter from Tanya Palmer and Amy Wegener, staff members of the Actors Theatre of Louisville, to Sterling Houston, prominent San Antonio playwright. They write to inform him that he has been selected as a finalist for a Heideman Award, and that they will consider all finalists for production in an upcoming festival.
