Evening gown of tulle, chiffon, and silk in antique gold and pale champagne. Dress is composed of appliqued bands of pintucked organdy edged with antique gold silk blend ribbon on pale champagne tulle, the appliques forming scalloped sections all over dress. Empire waist, strapless with sweetheart neckline. Full skirt, scalloped lower hem. Center back closure with five hidden snaps, zipper, eleven hook and eyes. From cups at bodice extend long rectangular panels of champagne tulle which cross at decollatage and drape over shoulders. Inner bodice is "free floating" and attached only at neckline, heavily boned with petersham belt. Underskirt consists of eight layers of gold silk tulle gathered at waist, inner attached petticoat with fifteen inch deep ruffle of four layers of same gold silk tulle, wide stiffened hemline at bottom of innermost layer of stiffened silk organza. Hat of brown and coral pink felted rabbit fur. The high cylindrical crown has alternating horizontal stripes of brown and coral pink rabbit fur, with thin bands of gold lamé cording between the bands. The low, sloping, narrow brim is of brown fur with a visible lining of pink fur. Tied around the base of the crown is a double-strand of the gold lamé cording, knotted at side with hanging ends. The hat has an inner white grosgrain ribbon hatband, and is lined in grey felt. Sewn to the inner ribbon band is designer's label: "Ian / D"

The slug shape forms the base and emerging from the top of it are two pipes terminating in funnel like shapes one of which is covered. In the surface of the lower portion are two circular screen covered openings.

The sculpture consists of a yellow head shape with a secondary face appearing in an oval shape on the surface. Protruding vertically out of the top of the head are three leaf like covered elongated shapes.

The orange platter contains a yellow face in low relief in the center and surrounding the face are highly textured blue bird silhouettes.

The elliptical shaped greenhouse echoes the gentle shape of the hill on which it sits.

Evening pantsuit of ivory, blue, and black striped silk consisting of three pieces: a) Mid-length jacket of vertically striped silk with very wide, straight sleeves. Center front opening with no closure. Attached shoulder pads. (b) Pants of matching silk. Full-length, with center back snaps and hook-and-eye closure. Designed to fit loosely, with drawstring waist. (c) Short sleeved tank-style top of matching silk. Sleeveless, with round neckline. The hem, armholes, and neckline are trimmed in black. Each piece has designer's label "Oscar de la Renta".

Hat with "Pineapple" crown. The domed crown of green felted rabbit fur is worked by gathering, "pinching" and seaming to create a surface resembling a pineapple. Around the hat "orbit" two bands of taupe felted rabbit fur edged in green grosgrain ribbon. They are connected on opposite sides of the hat and extend out into the space around the crown. Crossing the ribbons at one attachment point is a green felted rabbit fur "sheath" from which extend three long pheasant feathers. Inner hatband of green grosgrain ribbon, and with taupe felt lining the inside of the crown. Sewn to the inner hatband is designer's label: "Ian / D"
