Letters from Beth Watkins of Irving and Tina Macon of Denton call for tolerance from Falwell. Memorial service program for John David Thomas, born June 20, 1947 and died January 20, 1999. The funeral was held at Cathedral of Hope in Dallas, Texas. The service was a "Rally for the integrity, dignity and rights of gay people and those living with AIDS and HIV" planned by Thomas in 1994.
