[Photograph of Colonel E. S. C. Robertson Statue]

Photograph of a statue of a man wearing a knee-length, double-breasted coat, with long boots, and a military slouch hat in his right hand. In his left hand, the man is resting his hand on the hilt of a sheathed saber. The man has a large mustache and a short, bushy beard. The statue is set on a short, square block of light-colored stones, upon which is a plaque with the name "Elijah Sterling Clack Robertson." There are some trees in the near background, and beyond that, the grey sky is visible. Handwritten notes on the back of the photograph identify the statue's subject and indicate the statue was built in 1996.

The wall has four window openings and a tall column of stone on the right side of the wall (at the back right of the building). Another tall column of stone stands where the left wall of the building would be. The rest of the building has deteriorated to small piles and short walls of stone. [Photograph of Salado College Entrance Gate]

Photograph of a tall, black wrought-iron fence with light-colored, square stone columns separating the metal portions. Two of the columns have wrought-iron gate pieces, with a wrought-iron sign saying "Salado College" connecting the two columns. Each of the gate-columns has a black metal placard in its face, with unintelligible writing on each. A gravel and dirt path leads through the gates to a wooded area to the left, while in the background to the right, a building with a red roof is visible. Handwritten notes and a white, rectangular sticker on the back of the photo indicate the gate served as the front entrance to Salado College.
