a) Dress of gray ombré silk chiffon. Full length. Empire bodice of openwork lace in a gray, green, peach, and cream floral and swirl design. Bodice lined in peach organza. Sleeveless. Skirt gradually turns from gray at top to dark pink at bottom and to purple on back. Back bodice has deep, V-shape. Fabric gathered at waist; center back zipper; open seam at back reveals underskirt of ombré fabric and two layers of dark pink silk chiffon. Designer's label at inside, left underarm: "Pierre Balmain / Paris" Couture number tag beneath designer's label: "173036" b) Stole of gray, dark pink, and purple ombré silk chiffon.

Dress of brown velvet; brown sable fur around wide low neckline; brown silk sash attached around empire waistline with center front bow; full-length flared skirt; center back zipper; back princess seams; front princess seams extend to hips then angle downward toward side seams; no side seam below hips; long sleeves with vents and 3 working buttons; brown lining.

Ensemble consisting of: A) Coat of quilted black wool/acrylic/polyamide blend. Bertha collar; hip length. Flares from shoulder; wide 3/4" kimono sleeves. Slit pockets at front sides. Center front zipper with large faux crystal zipper pull. Lined in black silk. Designer's label at center back neckline: "Christian Dior / Haute Couture / Paris" and stamped "AH96" Notes state tag states "2110-35", but not found. Fiber content label under designer's label: "42% Laine 41% Acrylique / 17% Plyamide / Double Soie" B) Bustier-style bodysuit of black wool/acrylic/polyamide blend with black silk chiffon back panel. Rounded V-neckline with center front zipper and small faux crystal zipper pull. Sleeveless. (a) Cocktail dress of black lace over tan organza with black organza ribbon trim. Knee length; top of bodice is black mesh; organza ribbon trim creates roses around bust and on skirt; tiers of organza ribbon on bottom section of skirt. Sleeveless. Center back zipper with one covered button at neck; lined in black heavy silk with boning in bodice and separate zipper. B) Underskirt of black polyester. Knee length; ruffled tier with stiffened hem. Snaps at center back.

Ensemble of ivory floral damask silk: A) Full length tunic dress of ivory floral damask fully lined in chiffon with shoulder pads. Round neckline has diagonal placket of 27 self covered shank buttons going down left to waist. Slit on both sides from waist to lower hem. Long tapered sleeves with nine self-covered buttons. Designer's label: "Pierre Balmain / Paris" Handwritten couture label underneath: "172931" b) Pants of same fabric with wide, straight leg. Pleated at waist. Zipper and two hook-and-eye closures at back; seam pockets on both sides. Unlined. Label: Designer's label "Balmain / Paris"

Dress of black silk satin. Strapless; knee-length; princess seams extend to 2" below waist then angle down to side seams. Back has horizontal darts at waistline that extend to 5½" from side seams. Center back zipper; 2 2½" wide satin band attached to neckline wraps around bust with large bow at left side in front; black silk lining.
