["I Remember..." art exhibition CNN news broadcast]
Video footage from The Black Academy of Arts and Letters recorded during the "I Remember..." civil rights arts exhibition held in Washington D.C to celebrate the anniversary of the March on Washington and the American civil rights movement of the 1960s. The VHS footage shows a CNN news spot on the exhibition including an interview with Curtis King and piece highlights. The footage from the gallery is edited together alongside black and white footage from civil rights protests.

["Affirmations" gallery walkthrough and office tour]
Video footage from The Black Academy of Arts and Letters recorded during their exhibition "Affirmations" with new work by Schroeder Cherry sponsored by Neman Marcus. The exhibition ran from June 12th-August 31st, 1994 in the James E. Kemp Gallery. The VHS footage shows a gallery walkthrough ending at the 3:11 time mark where the image fades to black and switches to an office tour.
