She has stopped to take the picture with her presenter, a woman in a floral-print skirt and matching blouse. They are shaking each others hand and with their free hand are holding a part of the envelope. A hand-written dollar amount on the back of the photograph indicates she has been awarded five hundred dollars in aid. Additionally, it appears to name the young woman as Geneva Keyto, but the last name proves hard to read with certainty.
