In the proposal description, the Regional Institute Program is a multi-year project of the Getty Center and represents the most extensive research and development effort in the history of art education in the United States. The purpose of the super session, which they are proposing, is to show that the principals that guide, DBAE, discipline-based art education, is highly flexible and adaptable to many educational contexts.

The letter is in regards to the work that the everyone has put into for the teleconference collaboration. Per a letter of agreement the University of Nebraska Television (NETV) will reimburse the Institute for Visual Arts a fix amount of two-thousand dollars for the uplinks, facilities and personnel for rehearsal and broadcast.
