This includes the proceedings of the House of Representatives of Texas (legislation, reports, discussions, votes, and points-of-order) as well as the appendix information (the history of bills and resolutions passed by the Texas House of Representatives and the Senate and the information about the authors of legislation). Pagination starts over at the end of the second called session and again at the end of the third called session. The index for the second called session begins on page A40, on (the second) page A23 for the third called session, and on (the third) page A39 for the fourth called session.

The General and Special Laws of Texas contain the text of Texas legislation including laws, resolutions, statutes, amendments, and vetoed bills. The records include legislation from the Senate and House of Representatives as well as joint legislation organized by chapter. Index for first and second called sessions begin on I-1 of their respective sections.
