Mack writes in the memo that he'd like everyone in attendance at the dinner meeting on Tuesday at 6 pm and that the conference will end after dinner on June 2nd for a Sunday June 3rd departure from the hotel. The rest of the memo details hotel reservations, transportation and important notes.

The data begins during the 1990 year and follows through 1994 tallying up all the continued or discontinued supports from their consortia.

A letter from D. Jack Davis and R. William McCarter to Linus Wright inviting him to become a member of the NTIEVA Advisory Committee. Written at the bottom is a note from Mr. Wright stating he "will be happy to serve" and dated 4-12-90. A business card is attached from Linus Wright, Vice President of Paul R. Ray & Company, Inc.

Davis and McCarter write that they are excited about the opportunity to improve the quality of visual arts for students and develop a more informed audience.
