Sheath style, shaped neckline, "sleeveless", with very thin spaghetti straps and a second strap from which is attached an "epaulet" of frothing lace to act as a cap sleeve. Side seam zipper at left. Lower edge of hem cut to form slight triangles at sides. From slightly above knees on each side is gather/swag/"froth" and long cascade of lace that layers and spills to ground and forms train at back of dress. Lined in a cream silk(?) The full, full-length skirt has two box pleats slightly below natural waist, and has self belt/sash of self around waist, with large bow of same at center front, which secures with hooks and eyes. Center back zipper. Inner slip of same fabric with wide stiffened hem, two layers of tulle petticoats. No labels.
