[Cross-Gabled Stone House]

Photograph of the front and side of a single-story, cross-gabled, light-colored stone house, likely in Fredericksburg. The front-facing gable end on the right side of the house has a circular window in the center and extended eaves with decorative brackets and eave returns. There is a bay window extending from the bottom of the gable to the ground, which has stone crowns and sills, with dentils along the edge of the eaves. There is a front porch extending to the left that has decorative brackets at the top of the posts and spindlework below the frieze boards, with a large hanging swing near the left side.
