Estimating Highest Ground-Water Levels for Construction and Land Use Planning -- A Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Example
From introduction: This report presents an estimating technique that could be employed, with certain adaptations, almost anywhere that high ground-water levels in sedimentary deposits may present construction planning problems such as design and safe use of septic tank drain fields, and design of foundations, basements, and roadways.
