The majority of respondents supported purchasing property in Washington D.C., but there was no consensus about funding sources. Includes a list of candidates who were nominated for office by chapters other than their own chapter as well as all of the profiles. The candidates for national president are Dolly D. Adams and Marion S. Sutherland. Thelma Hardiman is the only candidate for national vice president; Ruth Williams is the only candidate for secretary; and Leatrice Dodd is the only candidate for treasurer. Zola Boone and Mose Hooks are both at-large candidates. The candidates for the national nominating committee are Vivian Bell, Shirley Colvin, Etta Mae Dawson, Lettie Green, Clementyne Guy, Lulu Hardesty, Vera Hayes, Josephine Kennedy, Hazel Mapwell, Uarda Parnell, and Elizabeth Youngue.
