Day dress of navy blue wool jersey knit with white cotton pique collar and 1 1/2" white pique cuffs on the short sleeves. Below-knee-length. Collar with pinted edges. Left front opening with 7 circular navy blue plastic buttons with bound button holes. Black organza bow on tab at throat, which buttons under collar. Seaming to fit in groups of three on either side, creating slightly narrow waist and wider somewhat pleated skirt from dropped waist. Lined in navy blue synthetic(?) Ecru grosgrain petersham with hook&eye closure. Bodice lined in white nylon. Label stitched along side seam of underskirt.
