Conference proceedings include a program of events, reports, financial statements, committee membership lists, and other information relevant to the meeting of the Western Area division of The Links, Inc. The conference is a biennial meeting of chapters of The Links, Inc. located in the western United States. The theme for this year's conference is "Improving the Quality of Life by Linking Leadership and Service to Meet the Challenge of Community and National Needs."
