Affidavit by Grant Lappin which states that he has presented a "true and exact copy of the original personnel jacket of Officer J. D. Tippit."

A form submitted to the Crime Scene Search Section of the Identification Bureau requests that a letter be processed for prints. The original letter in question is largely darkened by fingerprint powder and followed by a more legible photocopy. Also included with the letter is a manila envelope, a smaller envelope labeled "Mr. Sergio Arcacha," and an office memorandum by J. F. Brumit.

Subpoena signed by Henry Gonzales for the House Select Committee on Assassinations, requesting an examination of all materials related to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.
