Two cars park in front of the courthouse at the edge of the sidewalk, which has an empty flagpole rising from its center. Small bushes line the bottom edge of the courthouse while tree branches emerge from the left and right sides of the photo. The courthouse is a flat-roofed, rectangular building made of red bricks with a short set of stairs leading from the sidewalk to the white doors of the building. A brick overhang supported by four brick columns provides shade for the doors and the windows on either side of them. Above the overhang sit four white columns spanning the second and third floors of the building in height, all supporting a triangular pediment with the outline of a circle in its center.
