Photograph used for a story in the Oklahoma City Times newspaper. Caption: "Business has literally been picking up for the new Reynolds Aluminum recycling plant, even though, on first glance, it looks like the backside of a popular tavern. Proof that works is being conducted at the plant, 201 N Harvard, lies inside the building, where some 35,000 pounds of beer cans have been stuffed into plastic sacks and piled up. The aluminum cans await a filter system that's to be hooked up with a magnetic seperator, a shedder, and numerous conveyor belts. When that happens, says Frank Armstrong, plant manager, Oklahoma City will have a recycling plant that will process about 1,000 pounds per hour of the shiny element."
