This volume includes newspaper clippings detailing political developments and the passing of resolutions. Also included are correspondence from various individuals, including other political figures, and pieces of legislation; there are a few photographs at the end of the book showing the George W. Baines Memorial Park dedication, along with a program from the event. There is a long note created by Dorothy detailing events that she will remember from her time as council member and mayor.
