One preserved mussel specimen including both the left and right valves. The specimen exhibits an oval shape; thin shell; double looped beak sculpturing; white internal coloring; olive external coloring; no external sculpturing. Collected in the Brazos basin. The specimen measures between 60 - 100 mm in length and was assessed to be relatively-recently dead when collected.

Collected in the Brazos basin. The specimen measures between 0 - 60 mm in length and was assessed to be relatively-recently dead when collected.

The courthouse itself sit on a green lawn occupied by trees and bushes and has walls made of off-white stone bricks. The building is cubic in its general shape, with the corners and centers of each wall projecting out from the rest of the building slightly. The projecting sections each have triangles in the brown edges of their roofs, on each side of their sections. The roofs of the central projecting sections slope up to an edge while the corner sections slope up to points. The walls of the courthouse have three rows of windows across them except for the central sections, which have tall windows across the second and third floors and a row of small windows near the edges of the roof.
