S., for Ward County to operate a public golf course on land owned by the City of Monahans.

Throughout the lawn of the courthouse are small brown bushes and green trees, planted at the edge of the sidewalk and the bottom of the courthouse's walls. The building itself is made of stone white blocks accented with gray stone blocks, constructed in a mostly cubic shape with two rectangular sections projecting outwards at the front of the building.
