The meeting was called to order by President Kidwell. Included with the minutes is a letter from Oliver B. Chamberlin, Chairman of the Committee, to the Secretary-Treasurer, Adrien F. Drouilhet. cc'd on the letter is Gen. Graber Kidwell, President, and Mr. Raymond P. Swofford, Vice President.
