She expresses their appreciation for the azaleas and Ideals books, asks after Mrs. Carswell and invites him to drive out on Friday for an evening meal noting that Lyndell will be home that evening.

Letter from the Texas State Department of Health to B. L. Nelson & Associates, Inc. in regards to their "revised plans and specifications" for the sewage treatment plant and lines proposal. The letter expresses approval of the plan and deems it worth to be sent to the Federal Water Quality Administration "for their review and subsequent approval."

Box 1018 Lockhart, Texas Dear Walter: Attached are two pictures each of four of your Pioneer Sale heifers, one picture of one of the heifers and four pictures of the sale bull. Also included is a suggested layout of a page ad, which includes all six pictures. You will need to fill in appropriate remarks about each animal under its picture. The promotion of these sale cattle could be done in any of the following ways. 1. Run the attached layout in both the September and October issues. 2. Increase the size to two pages to run in September, thereby making the pictures larger; run a follow up smaller ad of a half page in the October issue. 3. Do not run a picture of all of the heifers - use only one or two. We will need to have the layout, copy and pictures you want to use in September by August 20.
