Gold and silver rose brocade evening dress. Full-length, semi-full evening gown with empire line overbodice. The overbodice is sleeveless with a wide scooped neckline. Curved overlapping front panels with a soft bow accent at the left shoulder strap. Centerback opening with six bound buttonholes and six covered shank buttons. The dress has an underbodice/yoke of mustard yellow silk. Centerback opening secured with two hook & eyes and three snaps. Empire waist seam with semi-full full-length skirt. The skirt is darted from the empire waist seam to the natural waistline. The fabric falls free from the waistline. Evening dress of peach-colored silk chiffon. Sleeveless, the draped bodice with a high, straight neckline which plunges in the back. The bodice drapes from the left shoulder line with radiating diagonal pleats/gathers falling across the bust. Curved, piped seam beginning at the left shoulder seam, curving downward across the ribcage and around the waist to form the waist seam. Peach chiffon floral accent at left shoulder with gathered, ankle-length floating panel. Evening/dinner dress of pink chiffon with butterfly appliqués. Full-length princess-line sheath with a wide scooped neckline. Set-in 1/2-length sleeves. Beginning from knee-level down, the front princess seams curve outward mirroring the shaping over the bust. The back princess seams curve inward at knee-level. The area between the two parallel princess seams running the length of each side of the dress becomes a separate panel, curving outward from knee-level to the hem. The lower portion of the dress, from knee-level to the hem, is accented with draped and swaged panels similar to asymmetrical Viennese drapes. The swags are embellished with appliquéd three-dimensional butterflies with printed silk wings. The bodies of the butterflies are worked in clear beads and multi-colored sequins. Evening dress of pink silk crepe. Full length tubular skirt with gathered natural waist seam and matching, attached, 3"wide, flat belt. The belt front is accented with a large five loop bow centered with a looped rosette cluster and is secured at center back opening with four hook & bars. Draped, sleeveless, side-less, tunic-style over bodice of same with open rounded neckline. The over bodice shapes over the bust with soft folds. Fitted, boned inner bodice of pink silk crepe with light brown spaghetti straps. Inner bodice and over bodice have separate center back zipper closures from mid-back to the waist with a single hook & loop/hook & eye at the neckline. Evening dress of black net in diamond-shaped pattern over black underdress with appliqués of gold, silver, red, pink, and magenta metallic dots and small pompoms. Wide, U-shaped neckline. Asymmetric hemline is street length in front tapering to full length in back with short train. Two-tiered, 14" and 16", gathered hemline. Long, narrow sleeves lined to elbows with long, two-tiered bell-shaped cuffs extending from elbows. Hem of underdress has 10" of crinoline to support and shape dress. Center back zipper closure.

Gingham dress

Dress of blue, lilac, peach and pink cotton/polyester gingham. Full-length dress of checkered gingham. Front of the double-layered bodice and short oversleeves are of woven strips of the checkered material. The back of bodice is blue check gingham. Long pink check sleeves with blue check cuffs, small bows, and two snaps. Full-length blue check gingham skirt, with strips 6" long and 1" wide of same checkered materials at waistline and hem. Bodice has center front opening secured with three bows, Skirt opens at center front, secured with 6 snaps. Back of bodice with white satin lining. [House Trailers for Classrooms]

Black and white photograph of house trailers which were used for classrooms taken from above. Students had classes in house trailers, waiting for completion of the Mountain View College facilities. Randy Hill Photo Service. Trailers were used for about two months according to Paul Benson, faculty at Mountain View. There are about five trailers in view. Students are mingling between trailers and the flag pole is in view.
