The letter calls for participants in the Pasadena San Jacinto Day Parade on April 19, 1969. It details the route of the parade as well as the theme, "Trails to San Jacinto". The second page of the letter lists parade rules and has an application for participation.

This telegram sent to Douglas MacArthur Herrera in Mexico was received by Telegrafos Nacionales on July 13, 1969. The text of the telegraph reads, "Please report at government affairs office, as soon as possible."
