[Another Horizontal View of Danevang Lutheran Church Chapel During Remodeling]

Black and white photograph of the chapel at Danevang Lutheran Church during its remodeling period. According to accompanying information, architect Paul Wahlberg of Houston designed the remodeling plan. On the floor there are planks of wood, a white font to the left, and a wooden podium to the right. In the back of the room is an alcove at the center of which is an altar. A robed figure, presumably of Jesus Christ, resides in the middle of the altar.

Three black and white photographs glued to a black sheet of construction paper. They are arranged in a "T" on the sheet along with handwritten labels. The photo on the top left is of O.V. Christensen, Dave Sciba, and Paul Wahlberg -- president, builder, and architect respectively -- standing hunched over a table. [Remodeling Crew Working on Reconstruction of Danevang Lutheran Church Chapel]

Six black and white photographs arranged on a sheet of black construction paper; four photographs are on the front. The top left corner photograph is of a painter in a white t-shirt; there are various cans of paint visible behind him. The top right photograph is of Ed Riha, a carpenter and wood finisher, working with a power saw. The bottom right photograph is of the alcove that is pentagonal in shape, with a scaffold in front. This is where the new altar will be located; a cross has already been affixed to the center. It is accompanied by a label that says, "the dark paneling across the front of the church was financed by the Memorial Fund."
