Bob Jenni, former reptile curator at the Oklahoma City Zoo, heads the extensive project. He has a contract with Marvin Staton, Springlake's owner, for the operation. The swimming pool and dressing rooms will be site for the Aquarium and park. A new swimming pool will not be constructed at Springlake, Jenni Said. Jenni expects to have the aquarium and park open by late April, nut said it is too early to set a date. Caption: "Federal charges were being considered Friday against some anti-war demonstrators who picketed an Oklahoma City appearance of Lt. Gen. Lewis B. Hershey, director of Selective Service. U.S. Attorney B. Andrew Potter said an investigation was underway into the "alleged failure" of some of the protesters to have their draft cards with them. In demonstrations preceding and following Hershey's noon address at the Sheraton-Oklahoma Hotel, Oklahoma City police made 30 arrests......At the direction of Maj. Wayne Lawson, police patrol division commander, 26 of the demonstrators were arresred about 11:30 a.m. for obstructing the street outside the hotel."
