This cooperator with the LeFlore County Soil & Water Conservation District [S&WCD] uses Soil Conservation Service [SCS] techinal help on the drainage layout. The program calls for plenty of succulent feed and vetch and barley to help meet the need and maintain the soil. OK-1492-4.
