They were to be loaded and on their was by noon Friday. A spokesman said MATS is sending 62,000 pounds of ermergency radio equipment. "We'll send a mobile control tower and a mobile radio low frequency beacon," he said. All facilities for air traffic control were virtually knocked out by Hurricane Hattle."
