Terrell Nowka, a member of the Board of Supervisors of the North Caddo SCD. Nowka was elected to the Board in 1958. He has served as supervisor since Feb. 1958, when he was appointed to fill the vacancy occurring from Ralph Ottinger's resignation. Nowka made the 3-point hook-up blade. He uses this blade for minor maintenance on terraces, waterways and roads. 10 ft. blade with 360 degree swivel. Made from old grader blades and combine parts."
