The Texas State Historical Association Quarterly Report includes "Papers read at the meetings of the Association, and such other contributions as may be accepted by the Committee" (volume 1, number 1). These include historical sketches, biographical material, personal accounts, and other research. Index is located at the end of the volume starting on page 545.

Speech given by Dr. May Owen, President of the Texas Medical Association, to the TMA House of Delegates in Galveston, thanking them and others for their service during her year as president. She also offers three recommendations for the TMA's improvement, in the areas of encouragement to medical and non-medical students to pursue medical professions, and care for aged patients.
