Photograph used for a story in the Oklahoma City Times newspaper. Picture shows a bird's eye view of a section of the diagonal which is due to be opened for traffic in April. This section ranges from SE 29 (upper left) to the East Expressway (I.H. 35). the entire project, Tinker AFB to the East Expressway, was scheduled to be completed in February, 1962.
