Photograph of a UNIDENFIED man kneeling in a newly constructed terrace outlet. The back of the photograph proclaims, “Terrace outlet constructed with plow. 10 ft. wide at top and 20 ft. wide at bottom, in 1948. Seeded to 50 lbs. wild rye with a small amount of western wheatgrass; fertilized with 200 lbs. 5-10-5. One terrace was constructed in the fall of 1949. Follow-up on Okla-9899.”
