Cattle eating weeping lovegrass. 20 acres of weeping lovegrass had been fertilized with 100 pounds of 33-5-0 fertilizer plus 50 pounds of 0-45-0 fertilizer this spring [1960] before last year’s growth was mowed. This pasture was stocked with 24 cows with calves by their side on April 18, 1960. They will be weighed at the end of the growing season to determine the pounds of gain per acre. OK-954-12.

The back of the photograph proclaims, “Terrace outlet constructed with plow. 10 ft. wide at top and 20 ft. wide at bottom, in 1948.
