The family then goes on vacation in a coastal location with swimming and boating (13:21-15:21), children celebrate a birthday and ride amusement park rides at a small carnival (15:22-17:10), play in the snow (17:10-18:57), and poses in their Easter clothing (18:57-19:11). The family then goes on vacation with footage of the children riding a horse-drawn carriage and a donkey at the Alamo Village in Bracketville, a trip to a Mexico border town, the Rio Grande River, ruins, and desert landscape (19:11-25:29). The film concludes with the Cochran family celebrating Christmas (25:29-29:28).

This is a film that was produced in 1960 by the USDA Soil Conservation Service (now named the Natural Resources Conservation Service). The 20-minute film shows the construction of flood control dams in the upper reaches of the Salt Creek Watershed project in Pottawatomie County. The dams are located approximately 15 miles northwest of Konawa, Oklahoma. The dams were constructed by the Konawa and Shawnee Conservation Districts with assistance from the USDA Small Watershed Program (Public Law 566).

In the staged interaction, a group of young people visit with Wright in his office, learning about the unique role of Congress and what they might expect to see on the House floor. After their conversation, Wright sends the teens on a guided tour of the Supreme Court.
