Letter from Omar Burkett to Truett Latimer discussing the bill to set a 40-hour week for State Hospitals and Special Schools personnel. Mr. Burkett opposes the bill and asks that Mr. Latimer check a bill he sponsored in the 53rd Legislative session, House Bill 886. He says the bill left the decision of the number of work hours worked per week up to the discretion of the management.
