Was wet, poorly drained timber land near worthless pasture before clearing and planting to midland Bermuda and clover. Planted to Bermuda grass in 1957. 500 acre ranch has 200 acres under cultivation. By 1959, it had 135 grown cows and 500 sheep and offspring, using vetch and clover for sown pasture. 10 on hill. 11 on bottom was cleared. OK-1050-10.
