Newly Constructed Farm Pond

Photograph of newly constructed farm pond. Watershed established to; Ky 31 fescue, button clover, black medic and alfalfa. This pond did not catch any water since it was constructed in Novemeber 1954 until a 6 inch rain in May 1955. The water coming out of the improved pasture was clear and free of silt.
