Advisement by Collier that the Board Meeting scheduled for November 27 conflicts with a meeting at H.S.U. He advises that the date is changed to November 20. Dinner will be served.

A letter written to a parolee, in care of T. N. Carswell, Abilene, Texas, from Joseph G. Babich, Secretary, Governor's Office, Sacramento 14, California, dated October 3, 1953. Babich informs Subject A-9803 that his application is complete and is being forwarded to Adult Authority for consideration assuring of as early attention as possible under the circumstances.

A letter written to Mrs. Hattie Breeding, Dallas, Texas, from T. N. Carswell, Chairman, Taylor County Parole Board, dated October 13, 1953. Carswell advises Breeding that he will hold the money order until a sufficient sum has been forwarded for both checks.
