The driver, Frank Eugene Settlemeyre, 24, of 7100 S. Shields, suffered only a minor cut on the face. He was treated at Mercy hospital and then jailed on a charge of reckless driving by drinking. Police said Settlemeyre's car collided with one driven by William Oliver McGill, 76, of 641 NE 12."
