The film concludes with the Stewart family celebrating Christmas with meals and opening presents (35:04 - 45:31).

Rodriguez sends an invitation to Herrera to attend Fiestas Patrias in Mexico City September 12-17, 1953. An interview with Mexican President Ruiz Cortines is on the agenda. Travel details and costs are also discussed.

Finally, does talk about his upcoming trip and tells the families that any inquiries or decisions regarding this will be handled by R. Lee Kempner or D. W. Kempner or deferred until the middle of September.

Kempner believes this is a better option than holding onto the units indefinitely with the expectation that they will not realize a profit. This recommendation is based on a newspaper clipping attached to the letter.
