White acknowledges receipt of the letter from Carswell dated June 17. He explains to Carswell as to the reason for the release date given by the Board for Subject 121,140 as December 28, 1953 .

A letter written to Mr. T. N. Carswell, Abilene Machine Company, Abilene, Texas, from Bryan Bradbury, Chairman, State and National Affairs Committee, Abilene Chamber of Commerce, Abilene, Texas, dated June 19, 1953. Bradbury informs Carswell that he had been asked by Mr. Elbert Hall, President of the Abilene Chamber of Commerce, to serve as chairman of the State and National Affairs Committee and requests Carswell to serve as one of his committeemen.
