Postcard of Texan houses built before the American Civil War. The postcard features two photographs of two houses on the front, with the caption "Early Texas Houses. Built Before Civil War. Many Still In And Near Boerne, Texas," and an invitation to Boerne's Centennial celebration. The photographs are of a two-story, gabled wooden house (on the left) with a staircase on the left side of the house, leading up to a doorway on the second story, and a small, one-story stone house (on the right) with three windows and a door on the left side. The back of the postcard is blank except for postcard markings.
